Gov. Dave Heineman is set to deliver the annual State of the State Address on Tuesday, Jan. 15 at 10 a.m. at the Capitol Building in Lincoln.
After the speech the governor will introduce his budget recommendations for the next two years. Following his time in Lincoln, the governor will trek across the state to talk about priorities from his State of the State Address in local communities.

Chief Justice Mike Heavican will also be giving a speech to the Legislature next week.
Heavican will share the judiciary priorities for 2013 as well as providing an overview of what the state's judges have accomplished in the past year in his State of the Judiciary speech.
Heavican will give the speech, his sixth, the morning of Jan. 17.
