Gas prices in Nebraska have risen an average of 15.3 cents per gallon in the past week.
GusBuddy's daily survey of 1,150 gas outlets throughout Nebraska has the average price in Nebraska at $3.34 per gallon. This is higher than the national average, which is sitting at $3.31 per gallon and only rose 4.5 cents per gallon in the last week.
Analysts at GasBuddy.com believe the cause may be due to refinery maintenance.

hit in the last week as companies begin looking towards the summer driving
season, utilizing this time of year for maintenance and any upgrades before
gasoline demand races higher for the summer season."

one year ago and are 15.1 cents per gallon higher than a month ago.
