Pleasanton School District to Vote on $9 Million Bond - KHGI-TV/KWNB-TV/KHGI-CD-Grand Island, Kearney, Hastings

Central Nebraska voters in Pleasanton will decide whether to approve a school bond issue costing nearly $9 million next month.

The district says its current buildings were both built before 1960 and lack air conditioning, efficient heat and large enough classrooms.

If approved the money would be used to demolish part of the school, build additions and remodel classrooms.
