Red Velvet Valentine's Cupcakes

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 white cake mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 box instant chocolate pudding
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil
  • 2 tablespoon red food coloring
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

In large bowl place cake mix, milk, eggs, pudding, oil and food coloring. Mix ingredients together. 

Place baking soda in 1 cup measure cup, add 1 tablespoon vinegar. Mix and add to cake batter. 

Mix until blended.

This recipe will make a 9 X13 inch pan, or 3 round eight inch layer cakes, or 30 cup cakes (Fill cup cake tins only 1/2 full). Bake 350 degrees according to time instructions on cake mix.
