Downtown Kearney Issues Parking Ban Saturday - KHGI-TV/KWNB-TV/KHGI-CD-Grand Island, Kearney, Hastings

In wake of the recent snow storm the City of Kearney has issued a snow emergency for the downtown area on Saturday from 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.

This means that parking will be prohibited during these times in the areas listed below for snow removal. Violators will be towed.

• Central Ave from 15^th st. to 26^th st.
• First Ave. from Railroad st. to 26^th st. and from 15^th st. to 17^th st.                                      
• Ave. A from Railroad St. to 26^th st.
• Railroad st., 21^st st., 22^nd st. and 23^rd street from 2^nd Ave. to Ave B.
• 24^th st. from 4^th Ave. to Ave. B.
• 19^th st. from 1^st Ave. to Ave. A
• 16^th st. from 1^st Ave. to Central.
