Hannah Sabata
A trial date has been set for the Stromsburg woman charged with robbing a Waco Cornerstone Bank branch last November.
Hannah Sabata pleaded not guilty to the robbery and to a charge of stealing a car in York that she allegedly used during the robbery. Her trial date has been set for June 18.
Sabata was arrested the day after the robbery after investigators went through the bank's security video and found a bracelet with the words
"I [heart] Hannah" on the ground next to the stolen car.
A YouTube video allegedly created by Sabata went viral shortly after the robbery. In the video, a woman who refers to herself as "chick bank robber" describes the robbery, flashes the keys to a "shiny" Pontiac Grand Am she says she stole, and shows stacks of money to the camera.
