Grand Island — Saint Francis Medical Center's Barb Nickel, APRN-CNS, NP-C, CCRN and CRNI, has been selected for the position of chair/nurse planner for the National Council on Education (NCOE).
The NCOE is a volunteer committee that serves the Infusion Nurses Society (INS).
The committee is charged with the design and facilitation of educational programming for INS involving its spring and fall national conferences.
