Grand Island
Noon Rotary Club & Leadership Tomorrow present the 3rd Annual Taste of
Grand Island, to benefit Youth Leadership Tomorrow and Rotary Polio Plus.
Taste of Grand Island will take place on
Saturday, March 16 at the Skagway Banquet Center. Food and drink tasting will begin at 5:30 p.m. with a live auction starting at 7:30 p.m.
Tickets are $25 in advance and $35 at the door
and may be purchased from Leadership Tomorrow members, any Rotarian or at The
Grand Island Independent, The Grand Island Chamber of Commerce or online at
www.tasteofgrandisland.com.
The auction will feature items from area
donors such as an exclusive deer hunt package, a hot air balloon ride, tank
trips on the Calamus and Middle Loup Rivers, personal flight above Grand Island,
Horseshoe Casino Day Trip, a handcrafted
humidor with Premier Cigars, a wine chiller, and a number of gift baskets with
items donated by participating vendors.
