Man Arrested on Accusations of Phone and Credit Card Misuse - KHGI-TV/KWNB-TV/KHGI-CD-Grand Island, Kearney, Hastings

Accusations of credit card and cell phone misuse have a southeast Nebraska man facing felony charges.

Michael Capehart, 43, was arrested at his Fairbury home on Wednesday.

Police say an audit of the company's financial records show he used a company card to purchase $4,000 worth of personal items.

He's also accused of taking a company cell phone and adding it to his personal service.
