coming and many are anxious to get outside and maybe plant a garden.
Gardening has so many benefits, both physically and mentally.
Research show that gardening is good for our bodies as it involves gentle
lifting, and twisting, all of which contribute to our flexibility and balance
In addition, focusing on our plants and caring for
them require our full attention and that helps us relax, forget our daily
worries and cares, and helps quiet our minds. Growing things also
required us to care about our plants, to nurture them and that's very good for
our spirit, it helps us feel creative.
