Lincoln Man Sentenced for Selling Cocaine to Undercover Cop

Posted: Updated:

A Lincoln man is going to prison for selling crack cocaine to an undercover police officer.

Edward Wilkins, 20, was sentenced Thursday to six to 10 years in prison.

He pleaded guilty to two counts of delivery.

Courts records show Wilkins sold $100–dollar amounts of crack cocaine to an undercover police officer near UNL.

The incidents happened in June and July of last year while the officer was working with a narcotics task force.

Wilkins was arrested in August.
