On June 1, A Time to Heal is hosting a
4-person golf scramble at the Kearney Country Club to raise money for the program, which helps cancer patients regain their physical, emotional and spiritual health after their treatments.
The program is currently trying to raise funds to research, develop, and pilot
a family oriented program to specifically address the effects of childhood
cancer on the family. All 100 percent of the programs raised during the tournament will go towards this program.
The golf scramble is taking place on Saturday, June 1 at the Kearney Country Club. Registration is at 9 a.m. with the event's shotgun start occurring at 10 a.m.
Cost is $100 per golfer, or $400 per team. This includes: golf, cart, range balls, lunch and burger/brat dinner during awards
ceremony. The tournament is a traditional scramble format. There is a limit of 25 4-person teams.
There will be two flights, with prizes for the winners in each flight. For more
