Hastings – Hastings Public Library announces a
brown bag seminar being offered Friday from noon to 1 p.m. The seminar will
help women understand the importance of breast cancer screenings.
There can be confusion in the health care world about breast, and other, cancer screening
guidelines. In this informative and engaging presentation, Dr. Phyllis
Salyards, a family physician and cancer survivor, will discuss current
screening guidelines and how to navigate through the ever-changing information.
