Fundraiser to be Held Benefiting Victims of Johnson Lake Fire

Posted: Updated:

A pancake feed is being held Sunday to help three families affected by the fire at Johnson Lake that took place last month.

One cabin was completely destroyed with two others suffering major damage. And now, the Elwood, Eustis and Lexington Lions Clubs are hosting a pancake feed, raffle and silent auction benefit for the families.

The event is being held Sunday, July 21 from 5-8 p.m. at the Johnson Lake EMT Building and Grounds.

Donations will also be taken at Pinnacle Bank in Lexington or Elwood for each individual family: Jim and Phylis Byrns, Gordon Svoboda, and Brian and Dana Tonniges.
