Crispy beef lettuce wraps
In a hot non-stick skillet fry beef in olive oil until crispy, season with salt and pepper. Drain the grease of the beef in a separate bowl and set the beef aside.
In the same skillet place sesame seed oil and cook off chili's, ginger, and garlic until soft about 1 minute. Sprinkle in brown sugar and caramelize ingredients.
Once the ingredients are caramelized place cooked beef back into skillet. Add fish sauce, lime zest, lime juice, and green onions to warm through. Finish the dish by putting the
Mixture in lettuce cups, over steamed rice, or Asian noodles. Enjoy.
