Wetlands are vibrant places humming with life. They are homes for many mammals, birds, insects, frogs, reptiles and fish. Wetlands also improve our water quality, reduce the effects of flooding and are just plain fun to explore.
So come dive in and learn about the wonderful world of wetlands. Mud Mucking is a fun, interactive, multi-generational workshop. Come prepared to get mucky! Children must be accompanied with a participating adult. Bring an extra pair of closed toe shoes (preferably ones that tie) for wetland exploration and wear long pants for leg protection. Always come prepared for the weather.
