Fans will be coming from all over Nebraska, Kansas and other Midwestern states to celebrate traditional country music during a three-day event known as the Miles of Memories Country MusicFest.
The event will take place September 5, 6 and 7 at the Adams County Fairgrounds in Hastings.
Concerts, theme shows and barn dances will feature headline performers Les Gilliam, known as The Oklahoma Balladeer; Roger Tibbs, New Zealand's favorite country singer; and John Walker, country-blues artist from Lincoln, Neb.
MusicFest producer Mary Schutz says this event will provide many hours of music from a strong cast of performers and creative programming for those who may miss the older style of country music which isn't readily available on TV or radio any more.
All of the MusicFest activities will be held indoors in air-conditioned facilities at the Adams County Fairgrounds.
Each day begins at 10 a.m. with most days concluding activities around 11 p.m.
Three-day passes for the MusicFest are $45 per person, and day passes, afternoon passes or evening passes are also available.
