Saturday morning, members of the Red Knights riders gathered as one for the 8th annual 9/11 Memorial ride.
It's done not only to remember what happened during the Sept. 11 attacks, but also send young burn patients to a summer camp.
Organizers say the two causes are a perfect fit.
"The two kind of go hand in hand. We're remembering 9/11 and what happened and those that lost their lives that day," said Red Knights Chapter 2 President Terry Seals. "We lost a lot of brothers and sisters, and we want to pay our respects to them at the same time helping out children, doing what we can in that aspect also."
Money raised at Saturday's ride will help send burn patients to St. Elizabeth burn camp.
