Voters in Kearney are heading to the polls Tuesday to decide whether or not a $68 million school bond should be passed.
The bond seeks to build a new high school at the corner of 11th Street and 30th Avenue as well as make improvements to some of the district's middle schools.
It would be paid for through contributions from the school district, as well as by the extension of the current tax levy.
More information on the proposed bond can be found on the Kearney Public Schools website.
Polls are open until 8 p.m. Check back for results Tuesday evening.
