*Reserve 1 c. of dry cake mix and set aside. Combine remaining cake mix, butter and egg. Press into a 9X13 inch greased pan.
Combine filling ingredients until smooth. Pour over crust.
Combine topping ingredients with pastry blender or fork and sprinkle over filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Let cool for 1 hour. Refrigerate 2 hours.
