DETROIT, Oct. 9, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Meridian Health Plan (Meridian) has recognized 19 Michigan primary care physicians (PCPs) as "Top Docs" for their outstanding quality and service.
Through a selection process based on Meridian's 2012 Quality Incentive Program, these PCPs were identified as providing outstanding primary care for Meridian members. PCPs selected for this honor excelled in preventive care, completing over 90 percent of the quality measures used in the assessment.
