2-1/4lb. bratwurst sliced 1/4 inch thick and browned in sautee pan
2-3 squirts of Maggi seasoning
Make vinaigrette with balsamic, olive oil, salt and pepper and ending with Maggi. Adjust for seasoning as necessary. Add all other ingredients minus Romaine. Toss well. Allow to sit 1 hour to overnight in fridge.
