The city of Hastings saw doubles this past weekend as the Nebraska State Twin Association held its annual convention in Hastings.
Nearly 30 sets of twins gathered at the convention -- a place where twins or parents of twins can share stories. Some jokingly said its one place where they won't hear questions like, "Are you guys twins?"
Julie Phillips with the NE State Twin Association said, "The best part of the convention is to be with people who understand your bond and closeness, and just understand being a twin, and how fun it is. We get to have a lot of fun, even though we see each other once a year we really look forward to it."
