Two Arizona residents have been jailed in Lincoln County for what authorities say was over 120 pounds of marijuana in their pickup.

The driver of the pickup, 34-year-old Jose Armenta, and a passenger, 31-year-old Ana Olivarria, both of Tucson, Ariz., were taken to the Lincoln County Jail on charges of possession marijuana with intent to deliver and child neglect.

Four children traveling with the couple were place in protective custody.

According to the Nebraska State Patrol, a trooper found the drugs Sunday evening after stopping a 2002 Chevy Silverado for speeding about seven miles west of the North Platte Interstate 80 interchange.

According to authorities, the trooper was given consent to search the vehicle and found 128.2 pounds of marijuana divided amongst five bundles in luggage found in the back of the pickup.
