Weekend Crash Claims Another Life

Posted: Updated:

More details regarding the conditions of three people critically injured in a weekend crash have become available.

17-year-old Savannah Robertson, of Plattsmouth, died Monday at the Nebraska Medical Center.

This came after a Sunday crash that left 14-year-old Jenna Miner, of Murray dead at the scene. The head-on crash happened on Sunday morning on U.S. Hwy. 75, south of Plattsmouth.

The Cass County Sheriff's Office reported the car driven by Robertson crossed the center line and then collided with a car driven by 36-year-old Travis Laporte, of Papillion.

Monday reports show Laporte and his brother, 34-year-old Kevin Laporte, of Bellevue, were in good condition at the medical center.
