Basil Pesto








  • 8-10 leaves (large) fresh basil 
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese 
  • 1/8 cup Romano cheese
  • 3/4-1 cup heavy cream
  • salt and pepper to taste 
Process toasted/roasted pistachios in processor until smooth. Adjust flavor as needed. Add to 2 cups heavy cream, reduced by half. Serve over grilled beef tenderloin.
