Neb. Man Faces Felony Charges, Dozens of Animals Found Starving or Dead
A southern Nebraska man is facing charges of animal cruelty after dozens
of dead or starving animals were found on his property.
35-year-old Robert Brown has been charged with six felony counts of
Animal Cruelty. The Frontier County Sheriff's Office said they found carcasses
and malnourished animals at his rented property in December. The animals included
goats, pigs, rabbits, cows and 20 to 30 chickens.
Brown's next court hearing is scheduled for February 7th.
