2 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
1/2 apple, cored and thinly sliced
4 tablespoons grated cheddar cheese
Top each slice of toast with 2 tablespoons grated Cheddar cheese. Arrange apple slices on one slice of toast. Microwave until cheese is melted. Pair the slices together to make a sandwich. Cut the sandwich in half diagonally. Enjoy.
