Challengers of Birth Control Provision Will Voice Argument Tues.

The Supreme Court has set dates tohear oral arguments from companies who believe their religious rights have beenviolated.

The two related cases are challengingprovisions of President Obama's Health Care Reform Law.

Conestoga Wood Specialties and HobbyLobby have each filed lawsuits against a part of the law that requires largeemployers to offer insurance benefits for birth control without a co-pay.

The two companies have said they runtheir business with Christian values and have argued that the provisionviolates their owners' religious beliefs.

The appeals will be heard Tuesday and a ruling isexpected by late June.
