3 Bayard City Worker Arrested For Stealing Scrap Metal

Posted: Updated:
Three Bayard city workers have been arrested and charged in the theft and sale of scrap metal.

Streets Superintendent Kevin Wurm, 44, has been charged with felony theft after the metal was taken and then sold for nearly a $1000 to a salvage yard in Minatare.

Joshua Buskirk, 29, and 31-year-old Joshua Kinney have both been charged with felony aiding and abetting

Authorities believe Wurm instructed his employees to sell the metal with the proceeds to be divided evenly between the three of them.
