The National Weather Service has confirmed two tornadoes Sunday -- one near Osceola, and the other near Upland.
NTV’s storm spotters caught the Franklin County twister on camera.
It touched down just north of town.
"Coming in from the north side we could kind of see a rough wall cloud, had rotation in it and sure enough then the funnel came and we see the tornado was on the ground for about a minute or so," said Phillip Lueking, of the Central Nebraska Storm Chase Team.
Lueking said the funnel didn't seem to faze a farmer planting just a couple hundred yards from where it touched down.
No significant damage has been reported with either tornado.
