Effective immediately, David Chong and Andrew Shulman have been appointed to Senior Director positions within the agency. In their new roles, Chong and Shulman will serve as Functional Champions that will lead the continued development of standard processes and best practices related to key consulting services across S&E's client roster. Chong will oversee client services, valuations, and negotiations, while Shulman will oversee strategy development and planning.
