SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA, August 09, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The results of a recently conducted study reveal that 64 per cent of marketing executives believe that word of mouth marketing (WOMM) is the most effective marketing method. Nevertheless, only six per cent of those have mastered it. Hype Initiatives insist that firms must focus a lot more on WOMM in the coming months if they want to keep up with competitors and remain successful in business. "The great benefits of word of mouth marketing are often underestimated," says Hype Initiatives

. Businesses need to come up with effective methods in order to increase word of mouth recommendations from people."
Consumers often have difficulties with trusting in fancy advertisement methods. They do however trust their family and friends. In fact, 92 per cent of consumers believe recommendations from friends and family over all forms of advertising, according to a study undertaken by Nielson. Hype Initiatives say that often a recommendation by someone people know well does not need any further proof or convincing. "No matter what kind of product or service we are talking about, if a family member or a good friend tells us how much they adore a specific product and what impact it had on their lives, the decision is already made; no further effort needed", explains Hype Initiative's MD. The firm reinforces the high impact on sales, loyalty and ROI by using this simple form of marketing. Hype Initiatives add: "It seems unbelievable to us that only a little amount of businesses value WOMM."
Hype Initiative is an Australian-based outsourced sales and marketing firm. The company focuses on driving profits, increasing sales and boost brand exposure for their clients by delivering an excellent customer experience. Hype Initiatives meet consumers on a face-to-face basis, so they can engage with people directly, provide information about a specific product or service, answer questions and ensure that people buy what is suitable for them by listening carefully. "We ensure that consumers are happy and that what they buy is in line with what they need", explains Hype Initiatives' MD. "If the customer is happy, they will come back and in addition to that, they will talk about their purchase to family and friends. What can be a better brand exposure than that? It is free marketing and I cannot believe that some businesses would not take advantage of the power of WOMM."
Hype Initiative's clients want the firm to represent them in further cities other than Perth by the end of 2014. This is due to their recent success, increasing their clients' customer loyalty by remarkable 16 per cent in Q2. Hype Initiatives are therefore preparing to expand into further markets by the end of this year.
