Zach Matari is scheduled to perform at this years Arthur Ashe Kids' Day presented by Hess, scheduled for Saturday, August 23, 2014 at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center. The Event is the largest single-day, grassroots tennis and entertainment event in the world, with chart-topping performers, celebrities and some of the best tennis players in the game coming together to celebrate the life and values of tennis legend and humanitarian Arthur Ashe. The event takes place the Saturday before the US Open. The free Grounds Festival offers interactive games, music and tennis activities for all ages. The Grounds Festival also features a free concert with exciting up-and-coming talent on the Hess Express Stage.
Zach's newest single "Up To You" which he wrote and co-produced with producer GI Joe, is currently available on iTunes and carries a 70's and 80's throwback feel reminiscent of the disco era and can also be heard on iHeart radio and in many radio stations across the country.
Recently, Zach toured the Tri-State and New England States with the Teen Nation Tour, a peer-to-peer community service program to educate and entertain youth about bullying in a way students can relate - through music. To date, Zach has spoken and performed for over 30,000 students since May and hopes to continue spreading his anti bullying message this fall to students throughout the country.
