Donation to support wounded service members and military families

Boone, IA (PRWEB) September 03, 2014

IMCA Speedway Motors Super Nationals, presented by Caseys General Stores, will kick off on September 1, 2014 at the IMCA Speedway in Boone, Iowa. On Saturday, September 6, the pre-race ceremony will include a check presentation to Hope For The Warriors® (http://www.hopeforthewarriors.org). Hope For The Warriors® is a national nonprofit organization that assists post-9/11 service members, their families, and families of the fallen who have sustained physical and psychological wounds in the line of duty.

At the start of the racing season, IMCA and Caseys General Stores announced their plan to support the national nonprofit. Each heat race winner at this event displaying a Hope For The Warriors® and a Caseys General Store decal on their race car would enter the Hope For The Warriors® Victory Lane, earning a $20 Casey's gift card and ensuring a $20 donation to Hope For The Warriors®. Throughout the Super Nationals event, nearly 900 drivers will compete in 250 heat races. IMCA and Caseys General Stores are both longtime supporters of Hope For The Warriors®.

"IMCA is proud to partner with Casey's General Stores to support Hope For The Warriors® through our heat winner program, Kevin Yoder, IMCA Marketing Director said. I've witnessed the benefits of their support of wounded military veterans first-hand and we're thrilled to have the opportunity to contribute to the cause."
